There’s More To Medical Fetish Than You Might Think
“Medical fetish lies on the fringes, linked extricably to the uncomfortable, the embarrassing and the terrifying. It so often involves extreme vulnerability – the feeling of being a little bit too cold while sitting atop an examination table, fragile and exposed, on the brink of a loss of bodily autonomy.”
Anastasiia Fedorova, Second Skin
Four Mistresses, one day only. In lieu of Studio DMNA’s upcoming Femdom Medfet Clinic event here in Melbourne, Australia towards the end of April – Domination and medical fetish has been a request which I’ve been delighted to see surfacing more often.
Medfet is often misunderstood as only containing big, scary invasive procedures, balls deep in sharps play (which it absolutely can involve), although it’s possibilities are so much more expansive.
Ultimately, it’s all about fetish.

Think soft white gloved latex hands lightly examining skin. Exploring, probing body openings and the smell and feel of those gloved fingers sliding into an open, willing mouth. Gagging, smothering, holding you in place.
The clinical is charged with eroticism.
The relentless objectification of the milking machine, which continues to collect multiple samples. Methodical, rhythmic, precise. Unyielding.
The excitement, vulnerability (and sometimes fear) of bending over exposed and naked for a beautiful woman – as She instructs you to take a slow, deep breath in preparation for an internal examination. The erotic humiliation of Her touch as it elicits a reaction from the patients body which they have no control over.
She might be collecting a sample, attentively recording behavioral notes on her test subjects or inseminating her patients with a mysterious substance. She might be conducting highly secretive research with her peers.
The Femdom MedClinic may decide the only suitable treatment for a presented disorder is exposure therapy.
Compulsive tenancies to self pleasure? An intensive session strapped in the milking machine may be the only option to reconditioning this behaviour.
Once you’re strapped on the bench with your legs secured in place, all that remains is the acceptance of your procedure, along with the understanding that the Doctor knows exactly what she’s doing, while the patient has little to no say. It’s another type of power-play which can be so deliciously subversive.
The combination of uneasiness (and sometimes eroticized fear) is balanced with clinical care, firm authority and attentiveness.
After all, we really know what’s best for you.
