PROTOCOL GUIDELINES
AVAILABILITY
A deposit and date in advance is essential to avoid disappointment.
My sessions are primarily based from a private Collingwood Studio on Sundays and Mondays, although I am able to accommodate some alternative dates, Studio locations or locations at my discretion.
CONTACT
I will direct you to the Studio on the day of your session via text. Outside of this and texting sessions, my preferred mode of all contact is by email only.
THE STUDIO
The Studio itself is up a flight of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact me directly if you have any concerns or would like to discuss alternative options for the location.

DEPOSITS + CANCELLATIONS:
A deposit required to secure all sessions. I accept these via my beemit @MarieThorne and some gift cards. I am unable to accept direct transfer or PayPal.
The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred once to an alternative date with a minimum of 72 hours notice, within a month of the initial session date if you’re feeling unwell.
The remainder of the tribute may be presented on arrival to the Studio.
